Mushrooms. Mushrooms. Everywhere!

With last fall’s warm and super wet weather in Portland and our continuing mild winter throughout the state, we’ve noticed an increase in truly spectacular mushroom blooms.

While these mushrooms can be harmless to your lawn, they can signal problems if you find them growing directly at the base of a tree. Often, such a mushroom-encircled tree is on the brink of failure.

If you spot some funny fungus, Beaver Tree Service certified arborists are happy to provide you with a free inspection and estimate.

So what are the two most common soil-borne fungal infections in Oregon? Read more on our website, and learn what happens when these fungal infections take hold of a tree.
